Orders are processed during our regular business hours: Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

- In stock items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Graphic tees, sweatshirts, and other made to order items: Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.
- Online Exclusives and preorder items: Estimated turnaround times are listed on each product page. If your order contains a preorder or Online Exclusive item, your entire order will ship once all items are available unless separate shipping has been purchased.

Orders placed after business hours, on Saturdays after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays and Mondays will begin processing on our next business day.
