Orders & Shipping

How much is shipping?

$8.95 flat rate on every order — and free shipping on orders over $125.

How long until my order ships?

It depends what you ordered:

In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Graphic tees, sweatshirts and other made-to-order items take 5–10 business days for production before they ship. These are printed just for you, which is why they take a little longer.
Pre-orders and Online Exclusives have turnaround times listed on the product page.

If your order has a pre-order or Online Exclusive in it, the whole order ships together once everything is ready — unless you've paid for separate shipping.

When do you process orders?

During our regular hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. We're closed Sunday and Monday. Orders placed after hours, after 4:00 PM Saturday, or on Sunday or Monday start processing the next business day.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and grab your order at 814 E. Main Street during store hours — Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. We'll let you know when it's ready. Same timelines apply: in-stock items are usually ready in 1–3 business days, made-to-order items in 5–10.

My package is late, lost or says delivered but isn't here. What now?

Once a package leaves us it's in the carrier's hands, and we aren't able to control delays or delivery errors. If something goes wrong, file a claim directly with the carrier:

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the date your order is delivered or picked up. Returns are issued as store credit in the form of a Bee You Boutique e-gift card.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Is anything not returnable?

Yes. For hygiene and practical reasons, these are final sale:

Personalized items
Jewelry
Hair accessories
Mystery bags
Liquid products (hand sanitizer, lotion, lip products, etc.)
Sale items
Pre-order items

Sizing

How do your sizes run?

We note fit on individual product pages whenever there's something worth knowing — whether a piece runs true to size, oversized, or small. When you're between sizes, sizing up is usually the safer call on knits and sweaters.

What sizes do you carry?

Most of our tops and graphic tees run Small through 3X. Denim runs size 1/25 through 15/32, with select styles in 14W–24W. Youth and toddler sizes are available on many of our school spirit and graphic designs.
